Here is how you can reset your email password.
To reset your email password complete the following steps in order.
Visit https://clients.1wayweb.com/store/index.php?rp=/login This will take you to the login to your customer account. Log then complete the following steps. If you forgot your password use the "Forgot Password" option to reset your account password.
Click on services,
Click on your hosting plan. It will have a Green Padlock Icon. If you have multiple hosting plans click on the one that the domain name name matches the email you wish to reset the password on. For example, if you wanted to change contact@1wayweb.com you would click the hosting account that had 1wayweb.com under the hosting plan name.
In Actions click on "Login to CPanel"
Click on "Email Accounts"
Click "Manage" on the email address you want to change the password on.
Enter your new password and scroll down and click "Update Email Settings"
Scroll down and click "Update Email Settings".
Congratulations, You just changed your email password!
